1983 Honda 200E Big Red ATC 3-wheeler Engine

You are bidding on a used Engine  from a 1983 Honda 200E Big Red ATC 3-wheeler. I have not had this engine running, the guy I bought the bike from said it ran, but I have not had it running myself to verify the condition of it, engine turns over nice and smooth and has compression. Iam selling this as is being that I have not heard it run, the sprocket, carb, intake, starter or recoil DO NOT go with this engine, plastic cover by the hi-lo lever is cracked.  Keep in mind these are old used parts and are not perfect, SELLING AS IS! There are broker fees coming into Canada. Full payment within 5 days of end of auction.
