A bright psychedelic print, this fabric is straight from the 70's,(literally.) It's in wonderful condition and is extremely light weight and was almost like sewing on tissue paper. A dotted ribbon around the raised waistline picks up the MANY colors in the dress. Short puffed sleeves have elastic in them.
