NIB Black Baby Phat Size 10 Sandals Shoes Slides

I am selling a pair of black Baby Phat sandals. Size 10. I have never worn them, just tried them on.  They have the Baby Phat kitty in silver across the strap of your foot. There is a silver metal plate on the strap that says Baby Phat and has the kitty logo also. There's a part of the strap that looks like a rip in the corner but I don't think it is because it is on both shoes and I bought the shoes like that.
