50's J.C. HIGGINS COLOR FLOW BICYCLE HANDLE BAR STEM

Uncle Remus Say....Lookie Here'!  Your bidding on an Old J.C. Higgins Color Flow Handle Bar Stem. This one was removed from a 1950's,  26" Boys Model and will work just fine on the Girls . This style of Stem or Goose Neck was used on other Balloon Bicycles like the deluxe Monark also. This one is well used with most of the original chrome worn away as pictures show. There is also a scuff on the top and a couple of tool marks as pictures show. It is not bent or twisted at all. The crimping bolt for the bars is very worn down from improper tool use. I cleaned it up some, but its there just as I describe it. The Hardware is not at all frozen or stripped and this is ready to mount to your old rider.  Please ask any questions before you bid.
