Wine/Bottle Cozy Italy/Carson Pirie Scott-Embroidered

Here is an unusual item I will try to describe.  I would call it a bottle cozy; it has a quilted bottom [4 3/4 diameter].  The five [5] section sides are beautifully decorated with embroidery and bunches of grapes [grapes are raised].  The sides are approx 10 inches in length and are tied to the neck of the bottle.  There is a label that reads "Made in Italy expressly for Carson Pirie Scott & Co." which I understand is a Chicago based store.  The picture is taken with it on a 2 liter bottle.....not exactly the right size.Please ask questions before bidding.BUYER PAYS SHIPPING AND HANDLING; INSURANCE OPTIONAL; PAYMENT BY PAYPAL REQUIRED; PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION. ...
