I have used it a handful of times and it is in mint condition. Unfortunately, I lost the key for the lock. I have other Chloe's so I can open it, hopefully the new owner does too. You can probably get a new key from Chloe, I'm sure this happens alot. Kids like to play with them, my son is the culprit in my case. Anyway, any Chloe Paddington Key should work.There is a small silver stud and numbers in the pocket. They do this so the bag doesn't get returned for full price,..... Its a gorgeous bag. I'm not sure what the color is called, it could be nutmeg. Its a lighter brown. It does not have orange in it and may be a little darker than my photos show.
