1970-80s. harley rigid chopper frame panhead, knuk,

I think this is a Jammer frame? Anyway its a nice frame, never ran. I have had this for about 20 years, Was new in late 70s to early 80s. It was set up for chopper tank, but had fat bob mounts welded on for this set of new old C.C.I. tanks also never ran. They come with it. Im no expert  so ask if you dont no, that will make two of us.
