The face of the ring is 5/8 in. wide and 5/16 in. tall, ring is currently a size 6 1/4 but can easily be sized by any jeweler, has seven alternating rows of five and six pave set clean white diamonds, total diamond weight is .59 carats. Marked with the copyright symbol, D.Y. 750 and 925 followed by a small triangular hallmark and further out an S, (see photos) 750 is a mark used for 18K gold and 925 is a mark used for sterling silver.
