NOS Dia Compe 986 cantilever brake set (F&R) Cannondale

Welcome to my newest auction:  NOS  Brand New  Dia Compe 986  cantilever brakes.  Cannondale take-offs with CODA pads.These are a tried and true canti brake that provides maximum braking performance for cyclocross bikes, retro mountain bikes, touring bikes, or basically any bike that uses cantilever mounts. These units were Standard equipment on Cannondale, the world leader in performance bicycles from back in the day. Condition is brand new and never installed. They do, however have some faint signs of their age from basically "sitting on the shelf" for the past years...  i.e. very light scratches, slight coat of dust, and just a tad less than a brilliant shine. The pictures are decent and show what I'm saying.  I would rate them an 8 out of 10.Seems like spring cleaning took all year, and I am sheading my pack-rat ways and letting go of a ton of my prized old pieces and parts.  My loss is your gain, I hope to make someone a sweet deal on these.
