This pin set not offered for sale outside the United States.FROM THE WALT DISNEY GALLERY:DUMBO 60TH ANNIVERSARY MODEL SHEET PIN SET ARTIST PROOFThis 3 pin set was created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the 1941 Dumbo movie, so I assume the limited edition run of 5,000 pin sets was released in 2001.  This particular set, however, was purchased in 2006. In the lower right hand corner where other copies are marked LE5000, this one is marked, "AP" for "Artist Proof." In the sealed clear plastic envelope attached to the back is the Certificate of Authenticity from The Walt Disney Company, Burbank, California.Hey, I'm not really a dedicated pin collector like most of the people I spend all night with in Downtown Disney, the Hollywood Soda Fountain and such Disney venues, waiting to buy limited edition pins and/or get them signed.
