You are bidding on a Fenton Burmese Satin Basket.  It is a vintage piece as it was produced for the 95 Anniversary. It is very limited quantities.  The number on this basket is 1339.The bottom has the 95 silver sticker, the 95 stamp, and the cursive F.It is handpainted and signed by the artist T. Hessler.The basket stands 8 1/2" hi, 5" dia.  The body of the basket is painted with Butterlies and Green Leaves.
