Mens Harley Davidson Leather Engineer Boots

Up for bid are this pair of Harley Davidson Leather Engineer boots. I am selling the boots for a friend, so I dont know a lot about the boots.  I believe they have a steel toe.  I can not read the size as some of the lettering is rubbed off.  It is a size 9 or could be a 9.5. I measured the bottom from the heel to toe and it is 12 inchs.  The boots are in good condition.
