Picture, including frame, is approx. 27 1/2" x 23 1/2". Picture is matted in dark green with a gold colored splashes. Frame is gold colored sturdy plastic and has a burgandy colored inlay. Artist is Albert Williams. I haven't found anything wrong with this. It look like new to me. My picture doesn't do this one justis. Beautiful in person! This weighs just over 11 pounds by itself.
