 This super cute skirt is 100% very soft lambskin.  It is a Jacyln Smith brand, new, with the original price tag still in tact ($49.99).The XL one measures 18.5 inches across the waist, 23.5 inches across the hips and bottom. I only have the XL one in a very dark brown, almost black looking.
