1959 Ted Williams "Jimmy Fund" membership card and tag

This is a Red Sox Variety Club 1959 Jimmy Fund  membership card. The fund is a Children's Cancer Research Foundation. Joe Cronin was the General Chairman in 1959.  The card has some age yellowing and a dent in the lower left border.
