Turkey Call--"Glass Enticer"-Charles L. Joyner--Alabama

This is a experimental turkey call made by Charles L. Joyner. This is a Joyner's "Enticer" Turkey Call made with Glass instead of Slate. It is both a Slate Box and a lip Scratch Box--made by Joyner's Wood Products--Georgiana, Alabama. This is an Experimental Call and one of the last calls made by Joyner. Slate had become expensive and harder to get so Joyner was experimenting with replacing the slate part of the call with glass. Joyner was still working on perfecting the Sound of the call at the time of his death at age 91 years old. The Glass version of the Enticer Call was still in the experimental stage. I do not believe it was ever offered for sale in stores. Mr. Joyner Signed this call. It comes with two strikers---a square block Peg Striker for the Glass part of the call and a beveled slate striker for the lip or scratch box part of call plus a set of instructions. Charles L.
