Kubota B-21 B21 TLB 2003 model 1230 Hours 4WD Diesel

This is a 2003 Kubota B21 with 1230 hours.  I bought this loader/backhoe approximately 3 years ago with about 750 hours on it from Fiser Truck and Tractor, a local retailer.  I have used this piece of equipment in my landscape business for doing grading on new residential construction landscaping.  The tractor runs great and has served me well. Last summer in 2007 I had to have a new, not rebuilt, hydrostat transmission installed in the unit at 1100 hours.  The unit undergoes regular maintenance at my shop and is in great working condition. Most recently we put new front tires and hydraulic hoses on the tractor to put it up for sale.  I also had to put a new Napa battery in at the first of this year.  The condition of the pins in the front-end loader and backhoe are tight. The reason I am selling the tractor is because we have shut down the landscaping side of our business due to the slow housing market.  I am a standup guy and believe I am selling a good piece of equipment. ...
