Offered today for your review is a Vintage “DODO BAT” Lantern Model BS-3143.  This is a Vintage Warning/Signal lantern that's in Very Good Condition considering its age and is Totally Intact as the pictures show. This piece is a Three Sided Red Lens Lantern with a door on the back for access to the burner. All three lenses are in Perfect Condition with NO Cracks, Chips or Surprises.  The Lantern measures 14-1/2” H (including the handle) x 5-1/2” L x 5-1/2” W and has markings on the top that read: “Made in England for DODO”  “ BAT”, and also has a bat emblem. The burner is in very good condition with markings of: B S 3143 and has a heart emblem with an “S” in the middle. The little wick adjustment wheel operates just fine and the wick moves up and down freely and shows little use. This old timer has been on the planet for awhile and does show some light rust as the photos show.
