LEGO Town - Metro Park & Service Tower

This is the LEGO Town set:6394 Metro Park & Service Tower, released in 1988.  This set is 99.2% complete, with four missing pieces:  1 brush car wash axle 1x8 in light gray, 2 minifig utensil hose nozzle simple w/13L string in light-gray, 1 tile decorated 2x2 w/"P" pattern in white.  The car wash axle is the only substantial missing piece, as it holds a set of car wash brushes.  The car wash has 3 sets of brushes, but the photo only shows two of them, positioned vertically.  The missing third set would normally be positioned horizontally behind them.  There is one substitution:  1 motorcycle old w/trans-clear wheels in red, substituted with a light-gray one.  There are 6 minifigs included with this set:  1 female station worker, 1 mechanic, 2 male drivers, 1 female driver, and 1 male motorcyclist.  The female station worker is supposed to have a Shell torso, but I couldn't find an extra one, so I substitued a white torso w/red necklace.  The male moto ...
