LEGO Town - Central Precinct Headquarters

This is the LEGO Town set:6398 Central Precinct Headquarters, released in 1993.  This set is 99.8% complete, with one missing piece:  1 brick modified 1x2x2/3 w/studs on sides in light-gray.  There are four substitutions:  1 antenna whip 8H in light-gray, substituted with a red one; 1 bar 1x3 w/clip&stud receptacle in light-gray, substituted with a white one; 1 minifig utensil briefcase in black, substituted with a brown one; and 1 plate 1x1 in trans-green, substituted with 1 tile 1x1 in trans-green.  There are only 3 minifigs included with this set:  1 policeman w/cap, 1 policeman w/helmet, and 1 crook.  Two minifigs are missing:  1 police chief, and 1 policeman w/vest & cap.  I had no good replacements for these missing two.  There are instructions for this set.  There is no box.This set has been disassembled for easier and cheaper shipping.  Please note:  due to the age of this set, some of the white bricks may appear faded or discolo ...
