NORMAN LINDSAY 1879-1969The collection of pen drawings Lindsay created as illustrations for 'Women in Parliament' are some of the finest examples of his extraordinary penmanship. Published in 1929 by the Fanfrolico Press in an edition of 500 copies, the book contained four full page images and a number of page headers. The prints from the book have now become rare as so many copies have been lost due to moisture damage, foxing and insect damage.This superb image is one of the page headers and has text below and verso. It is printed in black ink on Batchelor's hand made paper. It is from Edition Number 486/500 and is in excellent condition. It comes with our Certificate of Authenticity which details its origin.
