Up for auction today is a wonderful old 50's compact purse. About 4 1/2 by 5 1/2" in size, has a tortoiseshell color. Beveled mirror, comb holder, three compartments. You can also store behind the mirror. Very good clean condition a very small crack at the bottom closure and where it closes it has a small nip but does close.I thought this might be bakelite but I don't know how to test for that.Take a good look at photo and ASK QUESTIONS!
