The laptop has some very minor scuff marks on the top surface, these are only noticeable upon close inspection and there are some sucff marks where the power adapter plugs in, apart from this the laptop is in very good condition. The included charger has some scratches on it (see photo) but it otherwise in good condition. The laptop powers up and works correctly, the charger also works fine. This item is being sold AS IS.
