You are bidding on a Vintage Magnatone Varsity Amp model M197 3-V, made by Magna Electronics in Los Angeles. Circa Date appox late 1940??? This amp is inclosed in a green wooden case as seen. Case size is 13 x 12 x 6.5.  The paper cone does have a tear and will need to be replaced. It reads 50.4 watts.
