Department 56Christmas in the CityHi-De-Ho Nightclub This auction is for the Dept. 56 Christmas in the City “Hi-De-Ho Nightclub” (# 56.58884).  This colorful building is approximately 9”H x 6.5”W x 4.75”D, was issued in 1997 and retired in 1999.  It is in excellent condition, with no nicks or chips.  There is some wear to the outer box sleeve, but no tears.  This building has been displayed several times and has been stored in my pet-free, smoke-free home since purchase.  Buyer to pay shipping costs to USA only.  Insurance is optional, but I strongly recommend purchasing insurance since I cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss on the part of the shipping service.  I accept Paypal, money order, or cashiers check only.  No personal checks.  Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.  Please email me with any questions.Thanks for looking and happy bidding! ...
