c.1920 NORITAKE 6pc CONDIMENT Set TREE in the MEADOW nr

 From a fabulous estate sale at a lovely old home, this set was marked on the base of the tray -- but the mark is no longer intact or readable.  However, I am certain that it was produced by Noritake -- probably between around 1918 to around 1930 -- and this set is pictured in the book "Noritake, Jewel of the Orient" where it is identified as Larkin # 49 (and the current "book value" is about 15 times my listing price).  The pattern is generally known as "Tree in the Meadow" and it was hand painted.  This is the "6 piece condiment set."  It includes the covered mustard pot with spoon, salt and pepper shakers, and the double handled tray that they sit on.  The tray is 7" long.  The mustard pot is 1 3/4" in diameter x 2 3/4" tall.  The shakers have gold tops and measure 1 1/8" in diameter x 2 1/8" tall.  The original spoon may have been ceramic but I am really not sure.  This spoon certainly matches the pattern and is the right size but it is some sort ...
