Very minor soil on the outside floor of tent - does clean off. This is a large tent - the largest The North Face made on a production run basis. Would make a killer family camping tent - the dream of the campsite. They list this tent for $5,000 and it is a current model. My starting price is much less, no reserve! The tent was used for less than a week and set up only once, it is in exceptional condition. I have attempted to photograph as much of it as possible. Being as large as it is, I stretched out the main tent and all of the additional items. I did not photograph the rain fly, too large to work with, it looks new.
