Vintage Metal Nylint Toy Dekalb Seed Co Truck & Trailer

I have for auction this unique Nylint scale Chevy stake bed truck & trailer.  Both pieces have the Dekalb flying corn decals.  The doors of the truck also say "Nylint Farms" and the front license plate reads Nylint.  A decal on the back of the trailer reads "Farming is everybody's bread & butter" and the emblem for Production Credit Association. I think this is more than a toy truck.  I think the truck and trailer were perhaps used for advertisement or maybe given to dealers.  I welcome any info you may have.  The style looks to be mid 70's Chevy, and if you can pin a date on this please let me know. The inscriptions on the bottom of each part states they were made by the Nylint Corporation in Rockford, IL.They are both in excellent condition with signs of mild wear and rust.  The wheels are plastic and all intact as are all the windows of the cab.  The interior of the cab is all present and in excellent condition.  I have shown every angle o ...
