MENS PEARL IZUMI TECHNICAL WEAR BIKE CYCLING JACKET XL

This is a Pearl Izumi Technical Wear Jacket. There is a label on the inside that reads: 'Entrant Supersoft Fabric'. It is size XL - Made in Hong Kong - outershell and lining 100% polyester - fill 65% polyolefin 35% polyester - machine washable. Armpit to armpit measures 22.5" and from the armpit to the end of the sleeve measures 24.5". From the armpit down the side measures 15.5". There is also a back flap in the back that hangs below the jacket that has 2 velcro strips as seen in the picture. This flap can be attached to the inside where there is also 2 velcro strips and it looks like a regular jacket. I have no idea what the flap is for. The collar has a zipper that holds a hood that has adjustable drawstrings and velcro. There is a full length zipper down the front and lots of velcro and a bottom snap. There is adjustable drawstrings on the bottom. The cuffs also have velcro for a better fit.
