Up for auction is a RARE VJ DAY Patriotic cvr., Sept. 2, 1945 machine postmark OFFICIAL Washington, D.C., attractice black Anderson cachet,  taken down the price, -$100.00, Est. value $450-$750.00,  possibly more at auction.   I have never seen a cover like this signed by Paul Tibbets, w/ an ANDERSON CACHET,  heavy dark black ink cachet and the relationship of the signaure to the cover w/ the FDR stamp signed, great relation, need to be framed and matted.   The cachet and the Jap flag w/ an eagle tearing at it, great cachet for this histoical event.  This cover has the  F.D.R. purple 3 cent stamp"VICTORY OVER JAPAN",   VJ DAY-JAPAN SURRENDERED PACT ABOARD THE U.S.S.
