Antique Bisque head baby, Rare inserted porcelain teeth

Hello, here I have a bisque head baby doll that I am not 100% sure of it's age and I say that since the head is in extraordinary good condition. I do know it was made in Germany and is a kind I have not seen before. I, myself do believe it is old but I took pictures of it so the buyer can decide for their self. It is a very rare head because it has beautiful white porcelain teeth that are inserted and not molded in the head. The eyes are inserted also but they look as if they are acrylic. There are no hairlines, cracks or chips in the head at all. I think this is it's original body but it may not be since the hands look just a little large but it is still very charming. The bisque head appears to have been painted before it was fired and is done quite beautifully as you can see. The body is cloth and looks quite old and stained mostly in the back though and has a crier in it but does not work.
