Vehicle Description Up for auction is my Vintage Spyders 550 replica that was just completed and registered this year. This is an early version  body and chassis that I contracted to be built over 5 years ago and even after supplying most of the parts it still took that long to get the car done.  This is an awesome car with all the best parts, but I have lost interest in this car due to the major frustrations it has caused me during the build. This car is built on a race inspired tube chassis, with the body hand laid to the chassis for superior strength. The rear suspension has adjustable coil over shocks and trailing arms, (not VW torsion bars or spring plates) The engine is a 2017cc, inside is a 78.4 counterweighted Demello crank, 90.5 Cima pistons and cylinders, 5.7 length eagle rods, full ported and polished heads by Jeff Denham, Dual Weber 44 IDF carbs, 911 Fan shroud and alternator kit, custom made ceramic coated Magnaflow exhaust, and much more.
