This is a new Pottery Barn Kids OVERSIZE Anywhere Chair Cover in HOT PINK.Personalized with the name "Samantha".If you look very closely at the second and third pictures, you will see that the monogram was doubled. It looks as though they originally made the monogram too high on the chair, so they unpicked it and remonogrammed it a little bit lower. All that is left behind from the first monogram are a couple needle impressions, which are most visible above the "man" in Samantha (see third picture).
