Broken Apple Powerbook G4 1.5ghz 12" Really nice!!

Here is a really nice condition Apple Powerbook G4 Laptop. The screen is the 12'', its in great shape both the screen and the outside cover, the bottom housing and keyboard are all in really nice shape with the exception of the F12 key missing. Its the fastest small powerbook made at 1.5ghz with 512mb ram and an 80Gb hard drive. It doesn't work. It doesn't turn on.
