Apple PowerMac G5 1.6ghz , ideal for parts or repair

You are bidding on a used Apple Power Mac G5.  Model# A1047.     1.6ghz processor, 256MB memory, 80GB disk, DVD-R/CD-RW drive, 56K modem and other standard features.Important note:   This system has numerous issues and problems.  It is only ideal for somebody who is good at repairing Apple equipment or is using it for parts.The system turns on and powers up.  When I plug it into a monitor it does not show up on the display.   So at the very least I assume it needs a new graphics card?   It is also possible that there are other problems with the functionality of this machine.  I am not an apple expert, and have no way to test it to see if there are other problems.  I am not sure if the system  has the OS loaded on it and what the password and log in are.   It only comes with a keyboard and a black power cord .    There is no mouse, operating system CD's or any other accessories.   Cosmetically, the system has a lot of scratches and ...
