Puma Original Bowie Knife, Carbon Steel, 1995, Mint

Up for auction is my second of two 1995 handmade Puma 116396 Original Bowie in mint condition with brown leather sheath and green cardboard box; Rockwell Hardness sticker is on right side of blade as pictured.  This is the older, handmade (not the new laser-cut, stainless steel stuff) version of this knife with all the attributes that us fixed-blade Puma collectors love.  I purchased this among a few other older Pumas a few years ago from a collectibles shop in Tennessee that had some old-stock Pumas in their inventory.  My Pumas have lived in a climate-controlled safe ever since, coming out into the open air only to be photographed!The overall length is 11", with a 6 and 3/8" blade; the tang is tapered, and it has beautifully-aged and gorgeous matched Sambar stag handle scales.Please feel free to contact me with any questions.  Having not had a gazillion transactions here on the Bay, feel free to check out my seller feedback at www.Bladeforums.com in their "Good, ...
