Made in England. Very nice vintage condition. The tires are 27" , 25" from rim to rim. It measures 15" between the handle bars. From the ground to the top of the seat, is about 34", and can be adjusted. Bicycle tires need replacing. Due to the age, they have deterioated. I did air them up, and rode it, but they will not stay aired up. Metal tag on back has "RALIEGH 750 WEINMANN" SUNTOUR Front derailer. I believe it is 10 speed.
