Ford : Other Pickups

1940 Ford pick up rat rod that will keep them scratching they're heads. The front clip is off a '40 Studebaker President car, best use of anything Studebaker I've seen in a while. No hood and missing grilles, but is solidly mounted and lights work. Even the old geezers can't figure out what's going on when they look the truck over at shows. The cab is '40 Ford and in good shape, had some rust in floors but it's now patched with license plates then covered in roofing tar and a sheet of insulation. The bed still has the original steel floor in it, meaty bumper in the rear with '41 Chevy taillights with blue dots, metal gas tank donated from a nice evinrude. THIS TRUCK IS ROUGH, IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A SLICK TRUCK DON'T BID! It does run good and turn heads. It's still titled as a '40 Ford truck. It has modern front suspension thanks to a '78 Chevy 1/2 ton front frame section, rear end is '72 Chevy 1/2 ton with highway gears.
