Vintage Schwinn Paramount Cycle Club Track Tandem Rare!

This is a very special and rare Schwinn Paramount track tandem from the late 1960's or early 1970's. Please read the amazing history of this beautiful bike in a letter from the owner posted in my photo section. The condition of this tandem is quite astounding. The frame is superb with all original paint and no dents or damage. The paint and decals are also in amazing condition. Much of the bike is original, but as stated in the letter, many parts are brand new, including the rear wheel. The bike has been meticulously overhauled, and is clean as a whistle. It should be noted that the Cinelli stem may be frozen in the steer tube currently, but can be remedied with the correct tools. The entire bike weighs only 41 lbs! The frame measures 23.5" for the captain and stoker from center to top. These rare track frames came in only one size.
