ScubaPro Scuba Pro Tank Valve Carrying Handle Clamp New

This tank carrying handle is ScubaPro part number 20.144.000. The date on the original packaging is 5/31/94. The instructions that come with the handle indicate that it is designed to fit around a cylinder neck that is 40mm in diameter. I think that would be steel tanks, not aluminum. The handle is hinged. When the regulator is not on the tank, you raise the handle up to carry it around. To install the regulator, just lower the handle.
