SIDEKICK 2 T-Mobile phone unlocked

T-MOBILESIDEKICK IIIdo not know much about this kind of phone or the features it has. It ismy daughter's phone and she just upgraded to a newer model. It is aused phone and it is unlocked. She said you have to put your own chipin it, in order for it to work. She said  that sometimes when she ismaking a call or texting a message comes up on the screen saying; "Your device has a hardware problem. please visit your nearest T-Mobilestore or contact customer care. (Code NET7). I have no idea what thatmeans and the phone comes as is, so if you have t-mobile already maybeyou can call customer care and ask what that is about. It is in goodcondition with a little wear. It comes with everything in the picture:2 case's one is a belt clip case, an ear piece for hands free talking,phone charger, 5 different colored bumpers, the owners manual and theoriginal box it came in.
