Chassis Number on Chassis Frame Rails  Matches Pennsylvania Vehicle Title ...  - NO Engine - NO Transmission... It appears that this car was being modified and customized by the previous owner... The firewall / cowl panel has been "smoothed" and some holes welded in, and the "Cowl Tag" "Data Plate" is MISSING... The front suspension has been "grafted" to this Rolls Royce Chassis, and it appears to be from a late model General Motors Pickup Truck, so the front suspension components are NOT ORIGINAL to this car... The Rear Differential appears to be also from a General Motors late Model Truck, and is NOT the ORIGINAL Rear Differential AND Suspension for this car...
