Cat 262C Skid Steer with Bolt on Track System

Machine is in perfect condition. Owner operated. Cab with HVAC, Radio, Window wipers, Lights, High Flow Hydraulics, Joy Stick Controls, New style pressurized cab. Machine has LowGring bolt on track system that is cheaper to operate and parts last longer than factory cat tracks, plus when it is time to replace or work on the tracks you can unbolt them and bolt on tires and keep your machine running. This is something that you can't do with factory tracks. The machine only has 700 hours on it and has a 3 year 3000 hour total machine warranty. I am only selling this machine because I have had to shut my business down for financial reasons. I am trying to sell this machine to pay off the note.
