Harley-Davidson : Sportster

Vehicle DescriptionIt has become time to sell my 81 Sportster XLS due to the new purchase of a 08 Heritage. I purchased this sporty from a friend back in 03 in which his brother pieced this bike from other bikes and I couldn’t tell you all make and models or miles on any of the parts or bike. He put a fresh rebuilt top and lower end Iron head in before purchase.  I haven’t ridden it much as you can see in the pictures. But I estimate about 3000 to 4000 miles. After I purchased I had it painted Corvette yellow and added over $4000 in chrome and accessories. The bike has a valid VIN # and is titled as rebuilt salvage unknown. This bike runs great and sounds really loud with the drag pipes. It has a few chips in the paint which I tried to include all in the photos, the rear caliper is starting to seize up and will need rebuild but the front works fine, the horn will need to be replaced which you will notice it isn’t on the bike but I have it with the cover and the speedometer does not work.
