Tumble Forms Medium Feeder Seat with Positioning Base

This is an Orange Medium Feeding/Positioning Seat with a Blue Base. This is used and was in this exact condition when I purchased it from ebay, it had some cracks in the middle of the legs which I have shown closer on the pictures, they were apparently glued and have held up very well with whatever repairs were used. The rest is in great shape and has a lot of use left in this chair, comes with the straps. It is great in the school or home and a great alternative to the wheelchair or stander, also very light weight to take with. It allows good basic positioning without complicated adjustments. The shoulder harness slots allow 4" of vertical adjustment of the shoulder straps to accomodate children of different heights. It has a contoured interior 90 degree seat to back to provide posturally correct seating. A 45 degree hip strap and quick release H belt to help maintain positioning.
