NWOT Sexy Black Tank dress from Urban Outfitters size Small HOT This auction is for a sexy dress bought from an Urban Outfitters store. This dress is to die for! It is black and has a 1920s flapper style. It can be worn as a tank dress or you could also wear it without the straps for a strapless evening dress look. The tag says size small, but please go by the measurements. The bust can go up to 36” and it is 32”long from the top of the straps to the bottom of the dress. The waist is somewhat free but could go up to 31”. This dress is in brand new perfect condition. I cut the tags off but have never worn it.
