It only comes with a 1 GB MiniSD memory card and the battery. Sim card and home charger are not included. The swivel is loose so when you flip it, it does not completely flip unless you flip it manually. Sometimes the screen turns completely white and no picture is displayed when the phone is open. (I am thinking this is because of the loose wiring from the swivel portion).The phone does have scratch marks on both sides of the phone, side to side, front and back (but not a lot on the back).
