VERA BRADLEY  JAVA BLUE   TOTE   NEW WITH TAG   It has the very popular fabric that everyone loves, but is no longer availble.   It is 11 3/4" X 13 1/2"  by 4" wide.  The straps have a very generous drop of 12 1/2".  This bag has a removeable bottom and a large slip in pocket.
