This is the prettiest little baby/aqua blue vintage dress from the 80's. Very sweet and innocent! This is a light/stretchy polyester dress by KR of NY. It's covered in tiny white birds and accented by white buttons at the sleeves. Features a crisscross ruffle bust, puffy sleeves, an elastic waist and an A line skirt. Marked a size 10. Lying flat measures: 18 inches across bust, 12 inches across elastic waist stretching to 17 and hips up to 42 inches. Slips on over the head. Perfect condition. Looks brand new.
