The interior is in excellent condition and the exterior is in good shape too. We have modernized her with a microwave oven for that old and new feeling. She runs good eventhough she's been sitting for a while. Refrigerator works, and the stove works. She needs some minor plumbing repairs and the sink and full bathroom will work. The airconditioner works fine. She needs just minor interior work to be perfect, and structuraly she is solid.There is one place near the door that needs minor repair and the step up needs new wood.   See the photos ... Read More
